Casa Churro

Casa Churro was a highly collaborative project that evolved considerably during construction, including the addition of a game room, wet bar, and nearly four feet of ceiling height. The changes required close coordination between the owners, architects, structural engineers, and our team, while post-pandemic material shortages pushed us to source primarily from local suppliers and trades. A property-line issue with a neighboring home added another challenge, ultimately resolved through careful negotiation and a thoughtful adjustment to the design. One of our more complex builds, Casa Churro demanded flexibility and constant communication—but resulted in a home we’re exceptionally proud of.
