About
For us, building a home is about creating the setting for a life. Sayulita has been home for more than 12 years—where our children were born and raised, where our family is part of the community, and where our connection to this place extends well beyond the homes we build. That perspective shapes the way we work, the relationships we form, and the care we bring to every project.
Estrella Homes is a residential construction company rooted in Sayulita and the Nayarit coast, with experience across custom construction, renovations, additions, and residential development. We understand that building in Mexico requires more than construction expertise. It requires local knowledge, trusted relationships, resourcefulness, and an understanding of how to navigate the realities of building here.
Our work encompasses everything from one-of-a-kind new residences to extensive remodels, additions, pools, flooring, irrigation, permitting, and complete project management. We bring the many moving parts of a project together—from architects and designers to local trades and specialized craftsmen—creating a connected process from the earliest ideas through the final details.
Every property has its own character, and every client brings a different vision for how they want to live. We take the time to understand both, then bring the experience, craftsmanship, and local perspective needed to make it happen. Whether creating something entirely new or giving an existing home a new sense of purpose, our goal is to create places that feel considered, enduring, and naturally connected to their surroundings.
Ultimately, we believe the best homes are not simply built for a place—they belong to it. And because Sayulita is home to us, every project we take on carries a personal connection to the community we live in and care about.
